[A new flavor of buckwheat canelés {Wa}]
Traditional canelés are made with rum, but this {Wa} version does not contain any alcohol.
We use a generous amount of buckwheat honey from Suzuki Bee Farm in Nagano Prefecture to create a buckwheat canelé with a deep aroma and gentle sweetness.

Traditional canelés are made with rum, but this "Chocolat" is alcohol-free.
We use a generous amount of buckwheat honey from Suzuki Bee Farm in Nagano Prefecture to give it a deep aroma and gentle sweetness, and add plenty of couverture chocolate for a rich finish.
