Kushiage (deep‑fried skewers): Tajima chicken and white leek with chicken tare; kakuni (braised pork) and cheese rice‑porridge croquette; turnip in Kasumi crab soup; Awaji onion and shrimp; beef‑wrapped Brussels sprouts; cheese and chicken chijimi (Korean‑style savory pancake); plus four other seasonal vegetable skewers

Salad: Vegetable stick salad (crudités)

Meal: Rice with beef and baby taro, akadashi (red miso soup), assorted pickles
