Information about Cancellation Policy, Dress Code etc. that guests should be aware of while booking a table online.

● Children under the age of 12 years old will not be served.
● Corkage fee of HKD600 will be charged for regular bottle and HKD1000 for magnum size or above. If you wish to consume alcoholic beverages other than sake or wine, please consult with our team in advance.
● Reservations are not transferrable.
● Cleaning fee will be charged in the event there are damages to our counters or any other wood at the restaurant.
● Any kind of smoking including Electronic cigarette are not allowed (including within our Private Room) to protect the wood at the restaurant.
● Each booking is entitled to a maximum of 2 times of booking rescheduling
● Kindly arrive on time. Food will be served 15 minutes after the designated starting time for the dining session; we may not be able to serve a full-course meal for late seated guests. In order to present our guests with the best dining experience, we ask that our guests avoid leaving their seats for smoking or prolonged phone calls. The chef has the discretion to continue serving food or not serving particular courses in your absence.
● As our Main Counter serves 2 time slots for dinner service, please note that we will not be able to serve you the full menu if you are more than 30 minutes late to your reservation on the first time slot.
● Any special food requests / allergies must be made at least 48 hours prior to reservation time subject to availability at the fish market. Some arrangements could not provide by basic course price.
● By paying the requested deposit you are taken to have accepted our above policies.
