Vegan Sushi Tokyo is founded by three vegans, our goal is to allow vegan guests to enjoy Japan’s traditional sushi culture. We carefully adapt classic sushi recipes using vegetables and Japanese-made vegan ingredients. We strive to create a warm atmosphere where guests can also enjoy vegan-related conversations with our staff. Be sure to stop by at the beginning of your trip to Japan/Tokyo—we’d be happy to recommend some great spots for you!
——— 【Regarding Reservation Dates & Times】 1. Please be careful about incorrect dates. The date you reserve must be in Japan time. Since many travelers make mistakes regarding this, please double-check before booking.
2. One set per person is required. We kindly ask that one set not be shared among multiple people. Thank you for your understanding.
【Regarding Length of Stay】 We ask that each group stay for [1 hour and 15 minutes]. Most guests finish their meal in about 45 minutes to 1 hour, so we allocate ample time for each reservation. *For guests arriving at 8 PM, the maximum stay is limited to 1 hour. Our restaurant closes at 9 PM; we appreciate your understanding.
【Regarding Date/Time Changes】 Unfortunately, you’ll need to cancel your current reservation and make a new one for another date/time.
【Regarding Late Arrivals】 If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your reservation will be canceled. Please note this.
【Regarding Cancellations】 *Regular Sets: 24 hours or more prior to reservation time: Free Within 24 hours prior to reservation time: 100% charge
*Courses: 3 days prior: Free 2 days prior: 30% charge 1 day prior: 100% charge Within 24 hours prior to reservation time: 100% charge
*Due to frequent no-show cancellations, we impose cancellation fees. To prevent waste of ingredients prepared on the day and to ensure fair treatment for other guests, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation regarding these fees. Generally, refunds are not issued.
【Regarding Number of Guests】 1. The maximum number of guests per reservation is 8. If your group exceeds this number, please contact us via our Instagram page. (Instagram URL)
2. If you’re visiting as a group, please make one reservation under one representative’s name. If separate reservations are made for different subgroups, we may not be able to arrange adjacent seating. Thank you for understanding.
【Regarding Menu Changes After Arrival】 Please note that once you arrive, we generally cannot change the set menu you ordered in advance. Even if you wish to switch to another type of set menu, any price difference cannot be refunded. Thank you for understanding.
