Reservations & Deposits
* A deposit of 500.000 VND /guest applies to all TM4 reservations and A la carte groups of 4+ guests. * This amount will be fully deducted from your final bill on the evening of your visit.
Children & Seating
* Due to the specific nature of our space, we do not provide high chairs for toddlers. * For children under 12 years old, please notify us in advance so we can arrange suitable seating.
Corkage Policy
* Wine/ Sake/ Spirits: 700,000++ VND per bottle (750ml or 720ml). * Non-alcoholic Beverages: 50,000++ VND per bottle or can. * Beer: 80,000++ VND per bottle/can (330ml) or 1,000,000++ VND per case of 24.

** Aiii reserves the right to decline outside beer to maintain the consistency of our curated beverage direction. ** Corkage fees include standard glassware, temperature control, table service, and sommelier support. ** For safety and quality assurance, Aiii will not serve homemade alcohol, infused liquors, or beverages of unclear origin.

* Buy 1 - Waive 1: Purchase one bottle from our wine list to waive the corkage fee for one bottle brought from outside. * Bulk Privilege: From the 3rd bottle onward, a 30% discount will be applied to corkage fees.
