・ご予約の変更およびキャンセルは、ご予約時間の24時間前まで承っております。ブルガリ ギンザ カフェでは、ご予約当日のキャンセルおよび人数変更につきまして、メニュー代金の100％をキャンセル料として頂戴いたします。5名様以上の団体のお客様につきましては、ご利用日の3日前よりキャンセル料が発生いたします。
・ブルガリ ギンザ バーおよびラ・テラッツァでは、6名様以上のご予約に対し、 お一人様3,400円のデポジットを申し受けております。当日のキャンセルにつきましては、デポジットの50％をキャンセル料として頂戴いたします。
・ケーキおよび花束のご注文につきましては、ご利用日の3日前（72時間前）より100％のキャンセル料が発生いたします。
・ご予約時間より30分を過ぎた場合、お席の確保ができかねる場合がございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
・ドレスコードはスマートカジュアルにてお願いしております。
・6歳以上のお子様よりご来店を歓迎いたします。なお、17:00以降の「ブルガリ ギンザ バー」のご利用は、20歳以上のお客様に限らせていただきます。
・ノートパソコンのご利用について：店内の落ち着いた雰囲気を保つため、パソコンのご使用はお控えいただいております。
長時間の作業やお打ち合わせでのご利用はご遠慮くださいますようお願い申し上げます。
Punctuality: Table reservations will be held for a maximum of 30 minutes from the original booking time.
Cancellations & Amendments:
• Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the reservation time.
• For Bvlgari Ginza Café, cancellations or changes made within 24 hours will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the menu price.
• For Bvlgari Ginza Bar and La Terrazza, a deposit of ¥3,400 per person is required for parties of 6 guests or more. In the event of a same-day cancellation, 50% of the deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• For cake and bouquet orders, cancellations made within 3 days (72 hours) prior to the reservation will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
• Please note that reservations may be released if guests arrive more than 30 minutes after the scheduled time.
Dress Code: Smart Casual.
Age Policy: Children aged 6 and above are welcome. Please note that Bvlgari Ginza Bar is restricted to guests aged 20 and above after 17:00.
Laptop Use: To ensure a refined and relaxing atmosphere, the use of laptops is discouraged within the premises.
Guests are kindly asked to refrain from extended work or meetings.
