・ご予約のキャンセルや変更は、24時間前まで承ります。それ以降のキャンセルにつきましては、100%のキャンセル料を申し受けます。
・4名様以上の団体でのご予約、および花束のご注文に関しては、72時間前までにご連絡をお願いいたします。それ以降のキャンセルにつきましては、同様に100%のキャンセル料を申し受けます。
・ドレスコードはスマートカジュアルにてお願いしております。
・6歳以上のお子様よりご来店を歓迎いたします。なお、17:00以降の「ブルガリ ギンザ バー」のご利用は、20歳以上のお客様に限らせていただきます。
・ノートパソコンのご利用について：店内の落ち着いた雰囲気を保つため、パソコンのご使用はお控えいただいております。
長時間の作業やお打ち合わせでのご利用はご遠慮くださいますようお願い申し上げます。
Punctuality: Table reservations will be held for a maximum of 30 minutes from the original booking time.
Cancellations & Amendments: Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your reservation. Cancellations made after this time will incur a 100% fee. For groups of 4 or more, or for flower bouquet orders, a 72-hour notice is required.
Dress Code: Smart Casual.
Age Policy: Children aged 6 and above are welcome. Please note that Bvlgari Ginza Bar is restricted to guests aged 20 and above after 17:00.
Laptop Use: To ensure a refined and relaxing atmosphere, the use of laptops is discouraged within the premises.
Guests are kindly asked to refrain from extended work or meetings.
