Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at least 3 days before your visit.

[Cancellation Policy]
A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required for cancellations. We reserve the right to retain the deposit for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the reservation date or in the event of a no-show.
Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made more than 7 days in advance.
Should there be any change in plans or number of guests, please inform us via email at info@nawathaicuisine.com at least 72 hours before your reservation. We reserve the right to retain the deposit if any changes are made less than 72 hours prior to your booking.
We offer a one-time rescheduling policy for booking dates.
[Punctuality & Late Arrival]
Please arrive on time.
Guests arriving more than 30 minutes late for the 5:45 PM seating may be moved to the 8:30 PM seating, subject to availability.
For the 8:30 PM seating, reservations will be canceled if no guest arrives by 9:00 PM. The deposit will be non-refundable, and dining service will not be available.

For birthdays or special occasions, we can include a message along with a small candle on the dessert. You can request up to 20 characters in the English alphabet. Please leave your request in the special instructions.
[Children Policy]
We welcome guests aged 4 years and above. A kids’ menu is available—please indicate this in your reservation note
[Corkage Charge]
We charge 2,000 THB per 720 ml bottle and 3,000 THB per magnum or spirit bottle. The same bottles of sparkling wine, champagne, sake, wine, and spirits that we provide cannot be accepted as corkage.
