Paris bar De Vie joins Potato Head for an evening of cocktails, bringing its producer-led, seasonal approach into an encounter with the Desa’s root-to-flower drinking culture.
De Vie’s cocktails put independent growers and distillers at the centre of the glass. Founded in Paris by Alex Francis and Barney O’Kane, the bar follows the seasons through French produce and spirits.
For this takeover, De Vie joins Potato Head, whose beverage practice finds further uses for local ingredients through infusions, fermentation and root-to-flower thinking. Join us for cocktails that invite a closer appreciation of their ingredients, bringing two distinct approaches to seasonal drinking to the same bar.
