▶カウンター席のご予約は、本店または2号店での予約となります。本店にご来店いただき、本店カウンター又は2号店カウンターにご案内させていただきます。

▶︎当店はおまかせコースのみ提供しております。苦手な食材が多い場合は対応できません。

▶お席のご指定につきましては、ご要望に添えない場合もございますので、予めご了承ください。
▶当日予約時間より【30分以上遅れた場合はキャンセル】とします。遅れによるキャンセル料金の払い戻しは有りませんのでご理解ください。
▶11名様以上のご予約の際は直接店舗までお問い合わせください。

▶当店は【香水、体臭、半乾き】などの香りの強い状態でのご来店は周りにお客様の迷惑となりますので、お断りします。その場合はお客様責任のキャンセルとさせていただき、100%のキャンセル料、又は紹介者含め紐ずくお客様のご来店をごお断りさせて頂きます。繊細な料理を扱うため、お連れ様含め周りのお客様への配慮をご理解いただけますと幸いです。】

【お子様のご予約に関して】
▶お子様メニューはお好みでの対応とさせていただいております。
▶カウンターのお子様ご予約は原則中学生以上となり、好き嫌いの少ない成人程度に食べれる場合は対応可能です。
▶7歳以下のお子様をお連れの際は個室予約限定とさせていただいております。カウンター、テーブル席でのご利用はキャンセルさせていただきます。

【For customers from overseas】
▶ For customers who do not have a Japanese phone number, Above the page switching from the language selection button above , we ask for advance payment. Please note that customers who do not pay after billing will be canceled.

▶Reservations for counter seating can be made at the main restaurant or the No. 2 restaurant. Please come to the main restaurant and we will show you to the counter seats at the main restaurant or the counter seats at the No.2 restaurant.

▶If you are more than 【30 minutes】 late on the day of the appointment, the appointment will be cancelled.
▶Please understand that there are no refunds for late cancellations.

▶We do not allow guests with strong fragrances such as 【perfume】,【 body odor】, 【 half-dried clothes】 to come to our restaurant, as it may cause inconvenience to other guests.
In such cases, the cancellation will be the responsibility of the customer and a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

▶Please inform your guests of the restaurant's availability, as some of the dishes are delicately flavored. Please be considerate to other customers.
▶Customers who cannot eat raw fish will not be allowed to visit the restaurant.
▶Please contact the restaurant directly when making a reservation for more than 11 people.

【Children's Reservations】
▶Children's menu is a single item menu only.
▶The age of children available at the counter is 13 years old or older. We can accommodate children if they can eat to an adult level with few likes and dislikes.
▶Reservations for children under 7 years old are limited to private rooms. Reservations for counter and table seating will be cancelled.
