Thank you for choosing Sushi Iwai. To ensure the best possible dining experience for all our guests, we kindly ask you to review the following policies.
【COURSE】
3,500 THB per person (Excl. 5% service charge & 7% VAT)
【DEPOSIT】
An advance deposit of 1,500 THB per person is required to secure your reservation.
The deposit will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your visit.
【CANCELLATION POLICY】
A 500 THB transaction fee applies to all cancellations where a refund is issued, regardless of the reason.
For cancellations made at the guest’s request, the following cancellation charges apply:
▸ One day before the reservation: 50% of the deposit ▸ On the day of the reservation: 100% of the deposit ▸ No-show: 100% of the deposit
【PUNCTUALITY】
To ensure a smooth dining experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your reservation.
Guests arriving more than 30 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and the deposit will be non-refundable.

【ALLERGIES & DIETARY RESTRICTIONS】
We will do our best to accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions whenever possible.
However, we may be unable to accommodate extensive dietary restrictions or requests that require significant changes to the omakase course.

【CHILDREN】
Children are welcome to dine with us.
When making your reservation, please indicate the child’s age and what they are able to eat in the remarks section.
【CORKAGE FEE】
Outside beverages are generally subject to a corkage fee of 800 THB per bottle.
Please contact us in advance if you wish to bring your own beverages.
