[Reservations]
●Reservations open two weeks in advance.
●A credit card must be registered at the time of booking.
●Session time is 50 minutes (complete turnover system).
※If you arrive late, your available time will be less than 50 minutes. Please understand in advance.
●If you wish to stay longer than 50 minutes, please book consecutive time slots.
●You may enter from 5 minutes before your scheduled session.
If you arrive late, the dogs may become excited and bark a lot, so please arrive on time.

[Private booking]
●Reservations for 7 guests will automatically be treated as a private booking. This plan is highly recommended if you would like to enjoy a private time without concern for other guests.

[Important notes]
●We place the dogs' health first. For unavoidable reasons we may temporarily close, change business hours, or limit the number of entrants.
●For safety reasons, children under 7 years old and pregnant guests are not permitted to enter. Guests under 13 must be accompanied by a guardian.
●Bringing pets is not allowed.
●We do not serve food or snacks. You may, however, bring covered/beverage containers with lids.
●To prevent infection, please wear socks. Stockings, tights, and no-show/pumps socks are not permitted.
●We recommend clothing with minimal exposed skin, such as long sleeves and long pants, as the dogs' nails may touch you.
●If a dog is injured and malicious intent is determined, you may be held responsible for the injury.
●The number of dogs on-site may vary depending on the dogs' circumstances; please understand.
