Grass and Glass｜Grass and Wine [Please read this before making a reservation]
Grass and Wine is an intimate, small-group experiential venue where scent, fire, and ritual are gently layered together. The space consists of four rooms: “Tuning,” “Layered Scents,” “Fire Scents,” and “Afterglow.” Time and tranquility are also integral parts of the experience.
■ Types of Experiences [Threshold] Approx. 60 minutes | 2:00 PM / 8:30 PM Tuning → Fire Scents. A brief experience ideal as an aperitif or for a second stop during the evening.
[Sanctum] Approx. 120 minutes | 3:30 PM / 6:00 PM Tuning → Layered Scents → Fire Scents → Afterglow. This is the core experience at Grass and Wine. *Start times are as shown on the reservation screen.
■ Reservations Reservations are generally accepted for groups of 1–4 people. For groups of 5 or 6, please contact us separately. Payment is primarily via credit card in advance; on-site payments are cashless only. Cash is not accepted.
■ Arrival Time As sessions run on a timed basis, please arrive at your scheduled start time. Late arrivals cannot extend their session time, and some portions may be shortened. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation for that day due to scheduling constraints.
■ Scents Scent is central to the experience. Please avoid wearing strong perfumes, hair products, fabric softeners, or other fragrances with lingering scents—these can interfere with the overall atmosphere.
■ Photography Please photograph quietly. Flash, bright lights, extended video recordings, and photos including other guests are prohibited.
■ Fire Elements In the “Fire Scents” room, small flames are used to transfer scents. Safety and ventilation are carefully managed; however, if you’re sensitive to smoke or strong scents, please inform us in advance.
■ Health Conditions If you’re feeling unwell, please refrain from attending and contact us to reschedule.
