●Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your seating requests.
●Due to kitchen equipment limitations, there is a limit to the number of people who can cook at one time. Reservations are limited to a maximum of eight people, including children. We do not accept reservations for groups of eight or more.
●Please note that if you reserve two or more tables with different reservation times, we will be unable to connect tables or align meal start times.
●If we are unable to contact you within 10 minutes of your reservation time, we will be forced to cancel your reservation and will immediately charge a cancellation fee. If you will be late, please contact us by email.

●Your seat will be available for two hours from the time of your reservation.
*Please note that if you are unavoidably late, your seat may not be ready or your seating time may be shortened.
*We cannot accept last-minute changes to your reservation time, even in cases such as a taxi delay.
We recommend that you make transportation arrangements in advance.
●A cancellation fee of ¥4,000 per person will be charged for cancellations made three hours or less prior to your reservation time.
●If we do not receive any contact from you more than 10 minutes after your reservation time, we will consider it a cancellation without notice and will charge a cancellation fee of ¥4,000 per person.
