- Reservations -
● If you make a reservation for your dish, you can specify the serving time.
*For customers who reserve seats only or do not make a reservation, it will take about 40 minutes to an hour for your UNAGI dishes to be served.
● For reservations of 7 or more people, please contact the restaurant directly.
● Reservations for seats only can be made up to 30 minutes before the last order (until 1:30 PM for lunch and 7:30 PM for dinner).
●If the dish you want is not displayed on the date you selected, it means it is sold out for that day. Please check another date.

- Visiting the Restaurant -
● If we are unable to contact you within 15 minutes of your reservation time, your reservation may be canceled. Please call us if you are running late.
