●We cannot accept any changes after your reservation has been made. If you wish to make any changes, please cancel your reservation and make a new one.
●Please note that if you are more than an hour late for the specified time without contacting us, your reservation will be automatically cancelled and no refunds will be given.
●We ask that you issue your own receipt. You can issue one from your My Page or the reservation completion email. For detailed instructions on how to issue a receipt, click here.
