- About Reservations -
● Please note that we may not be able to accommodate specific seating requests.
● If there is a change in the number of guests, please be sure to contact us in advance.
● For groups of 6 or more, we generally offer set course menus, so please consult the shop directly.
● During busy periods, seating is limited to 90 minutes for lunch and 2 hours for dinner.

To Guests Accompanying Pets
● Please make your reservation by phone. (As space in the shop is limited, we generally ask that you refrain from bringing pet strollers; however, if it is unavoidable, please let us know.
● Please be aware that there are stairs before reaching the elevator in our building.)
● We would appreciate it if you could refrain from giving your pets strong-smelling food or treats inside the shop. Thank you for your cooperation in ensuring a comfortable environment for all guests.

- About Your Visit -
● If we are unable to contact you 15 minutes after your reservation time, we may have to treat it as a cancellation . Please be sure to contact us if you are running late. Also, please notify us in advance of any changes in the number of guests.

● Please note that a cancellation fee (¥5,000) will be charged in the case of a no-show (cancellation without notice).

- During Dinner Time Only-
● A service charge("Otoshi") of 【390 yen/person】 will be applied. Thank you for your understanding.
● A "one drink minimum" policy applies each person (For Adults)
