To ensure a relaxing environment for your dogs, please be sure to read the following:

[Reservations]
● Registration begins 10 minutes prior to your reservation time in the outdoor area in front of the stairs leading to the second floor.

Please be sure to line up at the reception desk 5 minutes prior to your reservation time.

● Refunds are not available for prepaid reservations. Please note.
● Late arrivals will not be extended.

Also, please allow ample time for some experiences, such as shared seating, as you may not be able to participate.

● Reservation dates and times cannot be changed after a reservation is made.
*Prepayment is required at the time of booking.
● All tickets are for a 30-minute time slot, including entry and exit.
● For reservations of 9 or more people, please contact the store directly.

[Admission Restrictions]
● Children of elementary school age and older are welcome. Junior high school students and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please enjoy at your own risk, as we cannot be held responsible for any accidents that may occur.
●Pets are not permitted inside the store.
●People under the influence of alcohol are not permitted inside the store.
●People with odors that dogs dislike (such as cigarettes or perfume) are not permitted inside the store.
●Pregnant women and customers who have difficulty walking alone (using a cane or wheelchair, etc.) are not permitted inside the store due to the risk of injury or accident. However, you may be able to use the cafe on the first floor.

●The health of our dogs is our top priority. Therefore, due to unavoidable circumstances, we may temporarily close, change our business hours, or limit the number of customers allowed inside the store.
●We provide sufficient rest periods to ensure the health of our dogs. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to interact with the dog you wish to interact with. Thank you for your understanding.
●For safety reasons, please remove any decorations that may fall off. We also ask that you keep your valuables safe.
