Regarding Reservations ●Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your seating requests.
●If we are unable to contact you 30 minutes after your reservation time, we may unfortunately have to cancel your reservation. Please be sure to contact us if you will be late.
●Please be considerate of other customers when taking photos in the dining area, as it may disturb them. Please use silent cameras and ensure that other customers are not in your photos. ●We only accept guests aged 13 and older. ●Pets are not allowed. ●Smoking is prohibited throughout the restaurant.
Regarding Payment ●We only accept cashless payments. We accept various cashless payment methods, including credit cards, electronic money, and QR code payments. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please prepare a payment method other than cash. *Please refrain from using metal cards as our terminals do not support them.
Regarding Restaurant Name ●We have intentionally changed the name of our restaurant: Lunch is called Ranftec, and dinner is called Ranflection. At Ranftec, we use the materials, processes, and techniques of Ranflection, but we want more customers to enjoy it in a more flexible way.
Regarding Allergies To ensure a comfortable experience at Ranflection/Ranftec
*Please inform us in advance if you or your companions have any allergies or dietary restrictions. We may not be able to accommodate requests made after your arrival. If you cannot consume frequently used ingredients (meat, seafood, eggs, wheat flour, dairy products, etc.) or if your restrictions are widespread, we may decline your reservation.
【Dinner Dress Code】 ●Smart casual attire is recommended. We kindly ask that you refrain from wearing casual attire such as shorts, sandals, or tank tops. Please also refrain from wearing perfume, as it may interfere with the aroma of the food and wine.
