One Half Roastery is a specialty coffee roaster based in Malaysia, dedicated to blending with the seasons and highlighting the unique characteristics of each region.
They use coffee beans crafted with a deliberate process that expresses terroir and highlights its diversity. The origin of coffee is important, and they aim to highlight its true flavor. When roasting, they focus on highlighting the unique characteristics of the region, without overshadowing them with roasting flavors. The resulting espresso and filter drip coffee are aromatic, clean, sweet, and acidic—the very essence of specialty coffee.

Three champions from One Half Roastery will express their individual extractions through espresso brewing and hand-brewing, paired with MEL COFFEE.

The beans used will be paired with three of the five special coffees available that day. Look forward to this collaborative coffee omakase.
