◾️Our restaurant uses a “simultaneous start” system: all guests begin the course after everyone in the party has arrived. Please be seated by the course start time. Lunch: 11:45 doors open — 12:00 course starts Dinner: 17:45 doors open — 18:00 course starts If you expect to be unavoidably late, please be sure to contact us by phone. ◾️The course takes about 2.5 hours. The actual time may vary depending on your dining pace, so please allow plenty of time. ◾️Please let us know your means of transportation when you arrive. If you are using the shinkansen or train, please also inform us of your return time. We are happy to advise on transportation if needed. ◾️Please refrain from wearing strong fragrances such as perfume or body creams. ◾️The premises, including the parking area, are non-smoking. ◾️Children are welcome only if they are 10 years or older and can take the same course as adults.
