▶We do not allow customers with strong scents such as perfume, body odor, or half-dried clothes to visit our store as it will be a nuisance to other customers. In that case, we will consider it a cancellation at the customer's own responsibility and will charge a 100% cancellation fee or refuse to allow customers who are related to the introduction, including those who have been introduced. As we handle delicate dishes, we would appreciate your understanding in consideration of other customers, including your companions.
▶We cannot accommodate customers who have many ingredients that they do not like, such as raw foods, shellfish, and gluten-free foods.
▶Cancellations can only be made by phone or online. If you email, your reservation will not be cancelled unless we receive a reply.
[Regarding reservations for children]
▶Children's menu items will be provided based on preference.
▶Reservations for children at the counter are generally for junior high school students and above, and we can accommodate if they are able to eat at an adult level with few picky eaters.
▶If you are bringing children under the age of 7, we will only accept reservations for semi-private rooms. Reservations for counter or table seats will be cancelled.
