Easter Sunday is marked at Merdeka Grill with a brunch that brings together seasonal expression and culinary refinement. The menu opens with signature Hamachi Ceviche with fermented strawberry and T’lur caviar, to a silky Vichyssoise and Grilled Lamb Rack enriched with prune chutney. Traditional Easter favourites like freshly baked hot cross buns and artisanal Easter chocolates compliment the menu.
Children’s activities such as balloon sculpting, painting workshop, face painting, and a strolling entertainer lend a gentle celebratory spirit to the occasion.
