[Payment Information]
⚫︎Product payment will be collected in-store on the day of pickup.
⚫︎When making a reservation, we ask that you register your credit card for a deposit (refundable at a later date). A 200 yen deposit is required in advance. You will be billed on the day of pickup.

[Cancellation Information]
⚫︎Order changes cannot be made after a reservation has been made. If you wish to make changes, please cancel your order and make a new one. 　
⚫︎Please handle cancellations yourself.
⚫︎If you fail to pick up your order on the specified date without prior notice, your order will be automatically canceled (100% of the order amount will be charged). Please note that no refunds will be given.
⚫︎Please note that 100% of the order price will be charged for cancellations made three days or more prior to pickup.

[About Cake Types]
⚫︎Requests for items outside of the menu are not accepted online.
⚫︎Anniversary cakes are available in size 4 only. Size changes are not possible.

[Other]
⚫︎Reservations may close once the limited quantity is reached.
⚫︎We do not accept reservations over the phone or in-store. Please make your reservation through this website.
⚫︎Online reservations close at 5:00 PM five days prior to pickup.
⚫︎If you require paper bags or insulated bags, please purchase them in person at the store.
⚫︎Please arrive at your reservation time.
⚫︎Depending on the store's busy schedule, we may not be able to accommodate your reservation. Thank you for your understanding.

⚫︎We will use your "Reservation Confirmation Email" to verify your identity, so please present it when picking up your item in store.
