Ease Noël 2026 Thank you very much for your continued support. To all our online shop customers: We’d like to inform you about the reservation process for our 2026 Christmas cakes ♪
This year’s selection available for reservation is as follows 🎅
‘Wasanbon Shortcake’ – ¥6,800 This is Ease’s signature wasanbon shortcake. Fluffy sponge cake layered with rich milk whipped cream and plenty of strawberries. Feel free to drizzle on some refreshing strawberry sauce to taste.
‘Minuit’ – ¥6,400 A Christmas cake featuring a smooth, rich chocolate mousse topped with aromatic coffee mousse and refreshing tropical fruit jelly. Enjoy the crunchy texture of praline and the deep flavors of chocolate and coffee.
‘Grâce’ – ¥6,000 A Christmas cake with a delicate mousse infused with jasmine and lychee, layered with vibrant strawberry jelly and strawberry mousse. Savor this special treat where the tangy freshness of berries blends perfectly with the elegant aroma of jasmine.
