If you are registered on Table Check's My Page, please click "My Page" in the upper right corner of the screen and proceed to the reservation screen after logging in. (You will need the email address you used when registering and the password you chose.)
▶If you are registered on My Page, you do not need to enter your name, phone number, email address, etc. If you enter them again, the system will display "This address is already in use", so we apologize for the inconvenience, but please log in to My Page before proceeding with your reservation.
▶If you have a Facebook, Google, or Yahoo! Japan ID, you can also log in with your respective ID and password.
▶Reservations can be made up to 6 months in advance. Menu contents will be finalized approximately one month in advance.
~Regarding Dinner Service at Sushi "Miyoshi"~
If there are no reservations by 5:00 PM the day before, we will be temporarily closed.
Starting in April 2025, we will be closed 8-9 days a month. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our customers.

*Sushi and Teppanyaki are served in two sittings: 5:00 PM and 7:30 PM
*Same-day reservations for sushi and teppanyaki are accepted until 4:00 PM.
