GUEST POLICIES At Restaurant Royd, we are honoured to welcome you into our intimate dining space. With sincere respect for your time and experience—and to uphold the quality of service for all guests—we kindly invite you to review the guidelines below.
▪️ Our early dinner seating is thoughtfully arranged to conclude by 7:45 PM in preparation for the next service at 8:15 PM. We gently encourage guests to allow sufficient time for travel and arrive punctually. ▪️ In the event of an arrival exceeding 30 minutes past the reserved time, we may need to adjust or shorten the menu to ensure the flow of service. Kindly note that refunds or discounts cannot be offered, and reservations may be released with full discretion.
RESERVATIONS POLICIES ▪️ A non-refundable deposit of THB 2,000 per guest is required to secure all reservations. ▪️ Due to limited seating, some guests may be hosted at the bar counter. We will always do our utmost to accommodate your preference with care.
CHILDREN POLICIES ▪️ Children 6 years and above are warmly welcomed. A children’s menu is available at THB 1,690. For guests 12 years and older, the full adult tasting menu applies.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS ▪️ To ensure the proper preparation and hospitality, all dietary requirements and special occasions must be communicated at the time of booking. Unfortunately, reservations cannot be accepted or refunded if this information is provided later. ▪️ Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate guests who are allergic nor refuse to consume shrimp paste, seafood, garlic, gluten free diet, lactose intolerance, nightshade, or vegans diet. ▪️ Southern Thai cuisine is celebrated for its vibrant spices and balanced aromatics; therefore, we are unable to offer milder versions or adjustments based on personal preference.
DIETARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS ▪️ We are pleased to offer Pescatarian and Pork-Free menu with minimum 72 hours’ notice. ▪️ Please note that any celebration cake for birthday, anniversary, or other special occasion are available for THB 390 and must be reserved 72 hours in advance.
CANCELLATION POLICIES ▪️No shows, cancellations or changes of reservation, payment will not be refunded under any circumstances, including in the case of a customer misreading the terms and conditions. ▪️ Guests may amend their reservation once, with at least 72 hours’ notice, within 60 days of the original reservation date, subject to availability. ▪️ Cancellations within 72 hours, as well as no-shows, are subject to the full menu charge. For partial attendance, a 50% charge applies for any absent guest. ▪️ A 10% administration fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
DINING-IN POLICIES ▪️ The tasting experience is designed to unfold over approximately 2.5 hours, allowing guests to enjoy each course at a measured and thoughtful pace. ▪️ We kindly ask that no outside food or beverages be brought into the restaurant. For food safety and integrity, tasting dishes cannot be prepared for takeaway.
DRESS CODE ▪️ We respectfully request smart casual attire. Flip-flops and slippers are gently discouraged to preserve the ambience of the dining room.
CORKAGE FEE ▪️ Corkage is THB 1,200 per 750 ml bottle (wine or champagne). ▪️ One bottle of corkage is graciously waived with the purchase of one bottle from our wine list.
PARKING ▪️ You may find street parking along Dibuk Road or please feel free to park nearby Plukpanya School. No parking fee is required.
