▶ If we are unable to contact you within 30 minutes of your reserved time, we may have no choice but to treat your reservation as cancelled. If you expect to arrive late, please be sure to contact us.

Kaiseki Course and Shabu-Shabu Kaiseki Course: at least 2 days in advance Aya Gozen: by 9:00 a.m. on the day of your visit Premium Kaiseki Course, Okuizome Ceremony Meal, Standard Toji Plan, and Premium Toji Plan: at least 3 days in advance
