【Purchase Instructions】 ■ Pickup Time: 11:00-18:30 daily ■ Pickup Location: The Deli Bakery on the 1st floor of Sheraton Taipei Hotel. ■ Pickup Method: Please present your order number at The Deli during the pickup time. ■ Ordering Guidelines: Whole cakes, gift boxes, and frozen items must be ordered before 6:00 PM the day before. Other cakes must be ordered three days in advance (excluding the pick-up date). For urgent orders or other needs, please call The Deli. ■ Delivery Requests: For gift boxes or frozen items requiring delivery, please call The Deli to place your order. Delivery fees are separate. ■ Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your order, please do so online 72 hours in advance. Since ingredients must be prepared first, orders cannot be canceled or modified within 72 hours before the meal is served. ■ Humble House Gourmet Card Members: No discounts available for online purchases. Please call The Deli to order. ■ The daily supply of ingredients is limited, and some ingredients will be adjusted depending on the situation on the day.
