The theme of the exclusive multi-course menu is “Rinpa Reflection: An Exclusive Innovative Culinary Experience.” Chef de Cuisine Akira Taniguchi and his team will prepare and serve your meal right before your eyes in an enthralling display of culinary artistry.
The special seasonal course menu consists of 10 dishes—including signature dishes—and

On the day, the winery's head brewer will be invited to talk about his brewing philosophy and his commitment to grape varieties, as well as provide a one-of-a-kind terroir experience, including an explanation of the pairings with each dish.
