<About Changes in Number of Guests, Cancellations, and Cancellation Fees>
▶For cancellations and changes, the following cancellation fees will be charged, calculated from the time of your arrival.
24 hours in advance: 100% of the reservation fee
72 hours in advance: 50% of the reservation fee
7 days in advance: 30% of the reservation fee
After the reservation date: 5% of the reservation fee
