➊ A down payment of IDR 500,000 per person is required to confirm your reservation. You will be directed to the payment page after agreeing to these terms.
➋ Our last order is at 8:00 PM. However, you are welcome to ask for any add-ons before the dessert is served.
➌ We will hold your reservation for up to 30 minutes (latest arrival is 8:00 PM) after the scheduled reservation time. Please inform our team should you require additional time to arrive at the restaurant. Kindly note that the down payment is non-refundable in the event of a no-show.
➍ Cancellations within 24 hours of the reservation time are not permitted. In such cases, the down payment will be forfeited without exception.
➎ Latest rescheduling requests should be made one day prior, maximum at 12 noon. Rescheduling could only be made for within a week from the original reservation date, or the down payment will be forfeited.
➏ Please inform us in advance of any food allergies or dietary restrictions. We are unable to accommodate vegan requests. Late notifications may not be accommodated.
➐ Please note the Sushi Shō will chargecorkage fee of IDR 500,000 for one standard wine/sake bottle (max 750 ml), IDR 1,000,000 for one spirit bottle.
➑ Children above 8 years old are welcome, provided they can enjoy Sushi Omakase menu and do not cause disruptions to other guests or our team. Please note that nannies are not permitted at the sushi counter; however, they may be accommodated if your confirmed reservation is in our private room.
➒ For the comfort of all guests, professional photography is limited to private functions with prior arrangement, and flashlights are not permitted.
