【Dress Code】
Please refrain from beach sandals, flip-flops, sportswear, men's sleeveless tops, or men’s short pants (after 5:30 PM).

【Cancellation Policy】
Option Items
Option items cancelled within 3 days of the reservation date will be charged at 100% of the item price.

Cancellations made within 2 days of the reservation date are subject to the following charges. Please contact us by phone to cancel.

▶ 2 days before: Lunch JPY 5,000 / Dinner JPY 10,000 per person
▶ Within 1 day: Lunch JPY 10,000 / Dinner JPY 20,000 per person

【Cloak】
During dinner time on December 24th and 25th, a cloakroom is available on the second floor, at the hotel’s main entrance. We kindly ask all guests to leave coats and luggage there. Please note that we are unable to accept valuables.
