Staying true to its well-loved à la carte buffet concept while introducing a dynamic new approach, the updated Sunday Brunch offering reimages a recurring bi-monthly themed culinary journey – one that celebrates the art of grilling, roasting and smoking through ever-evolving concepts designed to delight and surprise throughout the year.

At the heart of the refreshed Grilled Out Sunday is a renewed emphasis on craftsmanship and fire-led cooking. Guests can look forward to four distinctive cooking techniques showcased across the menu – Grilling, Josper Roasting, Smoking and Rotisserie, each highlighting a different flavour profile

More than just a meal, Grilled Out Sunday is a theatrical dining affair that engages the senses from start to finish. While the drama of fire-led cooking sets the tone across the grills, roasters and carving stations, the spotlight shifts to live gueridon service, where chefs complete savoury and sweet creations tableside. From the tantalising aroma of the open kitchen to the final dessert flourish at the table, the experience is immersive, interactive and rooted in storytelling – transforming every Sunday into a ritual worth returning to.

Complementing the fire-forward mains is a fresh, self-service salad bar, offering vibrant accompaniments that provide a light and refreshing contrast to the richness of the grill. In addition, a curated selection of appetisers and sides are available to enhance the overall brunch experience.
