YMS is a new creation of Onefifteen Group, located in Yangmingshan, which we aim to offer a refined and stylish lifestyle by combining gourmet cuisine, accommodation, art and spa, based on the concept of “a beautiful life” in the nature surrounding of Yangmingshan.
Lab 10 is led by Spanish Executive Chef Jonatan Motos Ferrán, who uses modern culinary techniques to highlight the natural flavors of ingredients. Drawing from his experiences living in various countries, he translates global inspirations into unique tastes on the plate, offering seasonal menus with delicate and harmonious flavor combinations.
