-Reservation changes and cancellations are accepted until 24 hours prior to your reservation (Japan Standard Time, UTC +9). Within 24 hours of your reservation, a 100% cancellation fee will apply based on the menu price.
* For reservations in the private room, groups of 5 or more, or with special arrangements (cake, flower etc.) , cancellations are accepted until 72 hours prior to your reservation.
• Kindly note that if you arrive with less than the number of guests reserved for, the cancellation fee for the unattended guests will also be applied to your final bill.
• At Il Ristorante, children under 6 are welcome in our private room.
• At Ginza Bar, minors between 6 to 19 are welcome until 17:00. After 17:00, Ginza Bar will operate exclusively for guests aged 20 and above.
