We practice a strict policy for children and pets. Kindly read the reservation terms and conditions prior to making reservations.
DEPOSIT | A deposit of RM 10 per person is required to guarantee the booking confirmation. Kindly note that the deposit is strictly non-refundable for cancellations and no-shows.
ORDER | For tea salon, there will be a minimum spending of at least one loose leaf/matcha tea set per pax. Guests are expected to respect our calm, intimate tea experience and maintain a quiet and respectful environment during their visit.
PETS | Pets are allowed indoors during non-peak hours (Friday, Saturday & Sunday, 4.30pm side-table seating only), with a strict one-guest–one small pet (under 8 kg) policy; all pets must be kept in a carrier or stroller, and any noisy or disruptive pets will be asked to leave.
CHILDREN | Our tea salon experience is not suitable for children under 10, and we reserve the right to refuse entry to groups with young children to maintain a calm and safe environment.
PHOTOSHOOT | Commercial photoshoots are not permitted on our premises.
