June's Featured Bottle - Amaury Beaufort

This June at Convivial, our featured bottles come from Amaury Beaufort, a grower whose wines carry both heritage and a voice of his own. Coming from one of Champagne’s well-known grower families, Amaury now works from his vineyards in Polisy, bringing a thoughtful, hands-on approach to wines that feel personal, expressive, and a little unexpected.
This selection brings together three 100% Pinot Noir Champagnes, from single-parcel cuvées such as Le Jardinot and De Quoi de Mêles-Tu, to a rosé that shows another side of the grape. Alongside them, a still Coteaux Champenois Blanc offers a rare glimpse into Champagne without its bubbles.
