Starting April 1, 2025, children 6-15 years old can use the pool from 8:00am to 8:00pm. (Guests 16 years and older may use the pool from 20:00 to 21:00/22:00).
Children under 5 years old are not allowed to enter the 5th floor, including for observation.
【Reception】4F SPA Reception Please do check-in with the SPA reception and then transfer to the elevator for the swimming pool which is located on the 4th floor next to the SPA. 【Business Hours】8:00 am- 21:00 pm (Saturday, the day before national holidays: 8:00 am - 10:00 pm) (After 8:00 p.m., only persons 16 years of age or older may use the pool). If you do not show up 15 minutes after your reserved time, your reservation will be cancelled.
【About SPA Treatment Reservations】≫ SPA Menu. ➤If two people want different menus, please make a reservation for one person at a time. ➤Basically, single rooms are available. If you would like a couple room, please inquire by phone. Please note that couple room requests are subject to availability.
