▶*Please kindly note from December 22 - December 26, 2026; December 30, 2026 – January 3, 2027, and on February 5 & February 6, 2027, restaurant dinner reservations will be accepted exclusively for guests staying at Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono. Thank you for your kind understanding.
▶Payment is collected upon arrival, however, prior authorization of your credit card is required to confirm your reservation.
(Cash or another credit card can be paid on the day.)
▶ If we are unable to contact you 15 minutes after your reservation time, your reservation will automatically be cancelled. We kindly ask you to notify us if you will be late.
▶ Please note that we may not be able to accommodate requests for specific seating.
▶ Seating time at each restaurant is limited to 2 hours, except for the Dim Sum Brunch at China Kitchen, which is limited to 90 minutes only.
▶ Menu items and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
▶ The listed prices are subject to a 15% service charge.
▶ Ski boots, hotel robes or house bathrobes including yukata, bathroom slippers, male sportswear such as training jerseys, tank tops or other sleeveless garments are not permitted in any of the restaurants (Including the breakfast venue).
