<Regarding reservations>
Reservations can be made up to 60 days from the day of the event.
e.g.) Reservation for March 1, will be accepted on January 1.

<Regarding the number of reservations>
Please contact the restaurant for reservations for more than 7 persons.
Please note that it may be difficult to reach us during business hours.

<Regarding allergies and food restrictions>
We only offer omakase courses, and we ask in advance about any allergies or ingredients you are refraining from.
Please check with your attendees and be sure to inform us in advance.
We may not be able to accept your request after you arrive at the restaurant.
Please provide details about your pregnancy and any restrictions you may have, such as specific foods or raw foods.
The main course will be prepared according to the availability of purchasing, such as pigeon, duck, lamb, beef, etc.

<Regarding arrival time>
We would appreciate it if you could contact us in advance if you will be late.
We start cooking in advance according to your reservation time.
If you arrive late, we may not be able to maintain the best conditions we wish to provide.
Depending on the time of delay, we may not be able to provide the planned number of dishes.

<Regarding serving time>
The course takes 2.5 to 3 hours.
Lunch Short courses take 2 to 2.5 hours

<Regarding confirmation of Reservation>
We will call or e-mail you to confirm your reservation about a week before.
If we are unable to contact you for final confirmation due to a phone number error or other
reasons, we may cancel your reservation.

<Regarding cancellation policy>
Except in the event of a disaster, cancellation fees will be charged for the following periods.
2 days prior: 50% of the course price x number of persons
1 day prior: 100% of the course price x number of persons
Please note that a cancellation fee will be charged in the same way if the number of person is
reduced.

<Regarding child policy>
Children must be at least 6 years old to visit the restaurant.
Children will be served the same courses as adults.

<Regarding your visit history>
Each time you visit our restaurant, we will ask you for your visit history so that we can prepare
the course content as differently as possible.

<Regarding Dress Code>
Although we do not have a specific rule, we ask that you refrain from wearing such as half pants
and sandals, or wearing strong-scented perfume.

<Barrier-Free Access>
For unavoidable reasons, there are steps at the entrance.
A ramp is available for installation.
Please feel free to ask us if you need to use a wheelchair.
