This is not a seat reservation, so wait times may occur during busy periods. Thank you for your understanding.

<<Reception Rules>>
● Up to 6 guests per group can be registered.
● No fee will be charged for children aged 6 and under. Please enter the number of infants/young children in the infant field.

● Registrations are accepted up to 7 days in advance.
● The time you select is an estimate. Actual admission time may vary. Thank you for your understanding.

<<Cancellations>>
For cancellations, we will charge a cancellation fee calculated from the scheduled visit date/time as follows:
24 hours prior to the scheduled visit time: ¥2,000 per person (except during special events, etc.)

<<Changes to Date/Time or Number of Guests>>
We cannot accept any changes to the number of guests or the date/time after registration is complete, for any reason. Please confirm your details before finalizing.
If you must change the date/time or number of guests, we kindly ask that you cancel your registration and submit a new request.

Cash only.
