DRESS CODE:
We kindly request our guests to adhere to a smart casual dress code.
Dress shorts are acceptable; however, we kindly ask guests to refrain from wearing singlets, beachwear, sportswear, flip-flops, or beach sandals. Please note that entry may be declined for those not adhering to the dress code.
SILENT PHONE POLICY:
To ensure a pleasant dining experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you keep your phones on silent. Texting is welcome, but please keep phone calls to a minimum or step outside if needed. We also ask that you refrain from watching videos or movies on tablets, as this may disturb other guests.
Let us all contribute to creating a relaxing dining atmosphere for everyone. Thank you for your understanding.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
* Reserved for guests aged 8 years old and above.
* All reservations require a non-refundable deposit of THB1,000 THB per person for November - March, which will be deducted from your final bill. Any remaining deposit will not be refunded.
* Any cancellations or no-shows will incur a forfeiture of the deposit, applied without prior notice.
* Your reservation will only be held for 20 minutes. We regret that we cannot guarantee your reservation beyond this timeframe.
* For groups of 6 or more guests, pre-ordering or selection of an approved set menu is required prior to arrival.
* If you or any of your party have food allergies, intolerances, or dietary restrictions, please inform us at contactfb@theslatephuket.com or notify your server.
* We would appreciate if you could share the purpose of your visit and any specific requests (e.g., birthday celebrations, business meetings, etc.) with us.
* Please be informed that our menus are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are in Thai Baht and are subject to a 10% service charge and 7% applicable taxes.
