[Held on March 15th] Apicius x Dominique Bouchet Kyoto Dinner Event

On Sunday, March 15, 2026, a one-night-only dinner event will be held at Le Restaurant in Dominique Bouchet Kyoto, featuring Executive Sommelier Hiroyuki Jono and Chef Junichi Moriyama of the renowned Apicius restaurant in Hibiya, Tokyo.
Chef Moriyama of Apicius, who preserves the essence of French cuisine while bringing new brilliance to it with his innovative interpretation, and Chef Sako of Dominique Bouchet Kyoto, who carries on Chef Dominique's legacy, will work together in the same kitchen to create Quatre Mains (a feast of four hands). This event, which was well received last year, will be held again this year as a rare opportunity to enjoy the signature menus of both restaurants in one place.
