YMS by onefifteen is a new creation by Onefifteen Group, reimagining the former U.S. military housing complex hidden in Yangmingshan from the 1950s. Combining gourmet cuisine, accommodation, gallery and spa, YMS is designed to offer a refined lifestyle experience inspired by the philosophy of "A Beautiful Life," surrounded by the natural beauty of Yangmingshan. Dining Policy We welcome guests aged 10 and above only. Guests arriving with children under the age of 10 may have their reservation cancelled and treated as a same-day cancellation. Deposits are non-refundable. To preserve the intended flavors of each dish, we are unable to modify menu items or adjust ingredient doneness according to personal preferences. For food safety reasons, we are unable to accommodate vegetarian requests, lactose intolerance, allergies, or any dietary requirements that may pose a health risk. 🔺

Reservation Policy Reservations are accepted up to 30 days in advance. For parties of 5 guests or more, please contact us by email or telephone. Please allow approximately 2–3 hours for the full dining experience. Additional guests, seat changes, or seating requests cannot be accommodated on the day of your reservation.
Cancellation Policy Restaurant 12 operates by reservation only, and all ingredients are prepared according to the confirmed number of guests. Reservation changes or cancellations must be made at least three days before the reservation date (excluding the reservation day and restaurant closure days). Cancellations made within three days before the reservation date (excluding the reservation day) will incur a charge of 50% of the seasonal tasting menu price. Cancellations on the reservation day, arrival after the last seating time, or no-shows will incur a charge of 100% of the seasonal tasting menu price. Any overseas transaction fees or additional charges imposed by your credit card issuer are the responsibility of the guest. Restaurant 12 reserves the right to amend reservations, cancel bookings, and retain the right of final interpretation.
