About Boarding
● On the day of boarding, please provide your reservation name and reservation number at the Kobe Sea Bass ticket counter (1F, Kamomeria, Nakatotte Central Terminal, 7-1 Hatoba-cho, Chuo-ku, Kobe). You will be given your boarding pass.
● You can board 30 minutes prior to your reservation. If we are unable to contact you after the departure time, we may be forced to cancel your reservation, so please be sure to contact us if you will be late.
Regarding departure times, we will depart on schedule due to other passengers.
● As this is a dog-friendly ship, only dogs are allowed.
Other animals are not allowed.
● While we provide sick bags and other items on board, we are unable to provide medication on board due to legal restrictions.
Please be sure to purchase and take any medication before boarding.
●Smoking is prohibited throughout the ship.
●Children under elementary school age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
