The theme of the cuisine is “wholesome gourmet dishes that leave a lasting impression for tomorrow.” Leveraging the expertise of a chef trained as a patissier, we serve European-inspired dishes rooted in French and Italian cuisine, while incorporating wholesome Japanese elements to create meals perfect for everyday enjoyment.
