HakuSteak is a full-course dining experience built around a 15-year pursuit of perfect fire-cooking. Finished in a Josper charcoal oven, our rare A4 wagyu is the centerpiece, supported by seasonal starters, sides, and desserts. Dinner reservations require 3 days’ notice.
