A chef-crafted gastronomic lunch buffet
At a luxury hotel surrounded by the majestic nature of Niseko, we have prepared a luxurious lunch buffet where you can enjoy the colors of the season and the rich ingredients of Hokkaido.
At the salad station, you can help yourself to appetizers made with fresh local vegetables and colorful marinades, and the aroma of yuzu pepper, sherry vinegar, and truffles.
There are also plenty of hot main dishes, such as roast beef made from Hokkaido sirloin, Sangen pork piccata, sauteed Pacific cod, and carefully selected pasta and risotto.
