Opened in 2020 in Hongo-sanchome, this popular ramen shop is run by a skilled chef formerly from “Menya Itto.” Its signature dish is shio tsukemen, featuring medium-thick noodles soaked in kombu water with a chewy texture, and a choice of flavorful oils (three for salt, four for soy sauce). Loved by many, the shop is always busy with long lines.
