At Pahat Pahit, we are committed to offering an intimate and serene tea experience for our guests.
❶ The tea salon reserves the right to change and/or move reserved tables to an appropriate seating arrangement. We will do our best to assure preferred seating.
❷ To ensure a better tea experience, each of our drinks is designed for 1 person only. Additional pax will be required to order separate drink.
❸ The tea house experience is NOT suitable for children under 12 years of age, and our environment is not safe and conducive to children. We reserve the right to refuse entry on groups with children. We ask for your understanding in this matter as we strive to provide a comfortable ambience for all of our guests.
❹ Reservation is held for 15 minutes max. Afterwards, reservation is given to the waiting list.
❺ Customers are responsible for any damage to property or items taken from the teahouse, and will be charged at 100% of the replacement value.
❻ By proceeding the reservation, guests are accepting Pahat Pahit house rules.
Cancellation policy Each reservation slot has a 90-minute seating duration. We kindly ask that you honor your reservation time. ANY CANCELLATION / POSTPONEMENT OF RESERVATION MUST BE INFORMED NO LATER THAN 6 HOURS BEFORE RESERVED TIME. Failure to cancel or show will result in 50K cancelation fee or no refund of deposit.
